ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Shipex, a shipping company, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join its team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Answer phone calls and emails;
- Identify customer needs and provide comprehensive answers to questions;
- Continuously improve knowledge about customer service, offered services.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Computer skills: MS Office, specifically Excel, Internet, Email;
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under conditions of workload and tight deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions.
