ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Garni Invest UCO is looking for a Debt Collection Specialist who will primarily be responsible for dealing with borrower loans with overdue liabilities.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Consistently and effectively connect by phone with borrowers with overdue liabilities;
- Proficiently and respectfully negotiate by phone to make a full payment or an overdue payment arrangement;
- Carry out control over the payment arrangement;
- Update client information;
- Identify fraud;
- Prepare notifications, claims, notes and other documents addressed to problem borrowers and ensure their proper delivery.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education, preferably in Economics or Law;
- At least 1 year of work experience in banking sphere;
- Knowledge of banking/ credit legislation is desirable;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages, both spoken and written;
- Advanced skills of communication and negotiation;
- Ability to analyze problems and situations in a systematic manner;
- Organizational and teamwork capabilities;
- Ability to work effectively for short terms in tense conditions.
