ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

RSM International is an American based network of schools who support more than 70,000 students in their quest to master Mathematics. RSM International is looking for a Deputy Director who is enthusiastic about Math education to assist in leading theArmenian team.

Position summary:
- Strategic and day-to-day development of the Armenian team. The position works in close contact with the RSM HQ in Boston, Massachusetts;
- The ideal candidate shares the RSM belief and mission to help all children build a solid foundation in math and logic reasoning, self-confidence, and a love of learning that will last throughout their lives.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Assist in recruiting, onboarding and managing the Armenian team of Curriculum Specialists, Training specialists and Math Teachers;
- Assist in connecting between the Armenian team and the HQ;
- Support the team in their tasks in Curriculum and Training;
- Administer the activities and productivity of the international branch, work with the director to sustain and grow programs and service;
- Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization;
- Ensure performance goals are set and met;
- Preferable: assist with online teaching.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- At least Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or related field with demonstrated knowledge of Mathematics;
- Teaching experience and team management experience is preferred;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to think critically and creatively.
