The detailed ToR of the assignment in English is mentioned in the Call for Proposals for Development of Guideline and E-Learning Materials and Conducting Training on Localization of 2030 Agenda and SDGs in Armenian Municipalities. ToR is available at: https://tinyurl.com/bdz5735x.ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:
The following tasks are expected to be fulfilled in the context of this assignment:Task 1: Development of a guideline to map municipal Annual Work Plans (AWP);
Task 2: Training for enlarged municipalities on the 2030 Agenda and SDGs;
Task 3: Development of e-learning materials on localization of the 2030 Agenda.
The detailed responsibilities are mentioned in the attached "Call for Proposals".
In order to complete the current assignment comprehensively, potential bidders are expected to combine various professional backgrounds. Suggested experts for the assignment shall, collectively, have the following profile:
- In-depth knowledge of the 2030 Agenda and SDGs;
- Expertise and experience of training curriculum development and conducting training (in general and specifically on the 2030 Agenda and SDG localisation);
- Expertise in local self-governance in general and municipal planning processes in particular;
- Demonstrated experience of working with municipalities.
