Role description:

Evoca is looking for a Digital Development Specialist who will take part in development of new/upgraded product, as well as set the product business goals.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

What will you be doing?

- develop digital products in alignment with the Bank's digital strategy;
- design and implement QR systems;
- implement digital product integrations;
- submit recommendations targeted at introduction of new banking productions or upgrading existing ones;
- develop the product roadmap;
- assess the product profitability;
- sign agreements/contracts based on business arrangements with partner financial institutions;
- review, plan and develop digital products.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

What skills is Evoca looking for?

- university degree in finance, economics or other related fields;
- at least three years of work experience in development of banking or financial products;
PMP, Product Owner or Scrum Master certification will be a plus;
- experience in planning Product Roadmap;
- experience in creation, development, assessment of product-related income and pricing;
- knowledge of RA banking legislation, banking services will be considered an advantage;
- ability to prioritize tasks and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- advanced organizational and leadership skills;
- ability to take initiatives and strong sense of responsibility;
- excellent command of Russian and English languages.
