ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Solara is looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist for the US market.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy (SEO/ SEM, email, social media and other types of advertising);
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices;
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels;
- Measure ROI and KPIs;
- Implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords;
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget;
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts;
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports;
- Build an inbound marketing plan;
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends;
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement;
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- BS/ MS degree in marketing or a related field;
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing;
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/ SEM, PPC, marketing database, social media, and/ or display advertising campaigns;
- Work experience in digital marketing sphere for the US market is a big plus;
- Good understanding of all aspects of on-site and off-site SEO;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook pixel,
Google Search Console, SEMrush, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends);
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools;
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns;
- Time management skills;
- Multitasking and stress management skills;
- Subordination, communication, negotiation, and networking skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of English language.
