ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Your Role: If you are a Digital Marketing Specialist with solid experience and stay up-to-date with the trends in the field, then the position of Digital Marketing Specialist for the Concept Hotel and Conference Center By COAF (Children of Armenia Fund) is a perfect role for you.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

Social Media (40%):
- Develop and implement a content plan for social media and relevant digital platforms;
- Design and implement advertisement campaigns in social media, ensuring continuous improvement of the results;
- Conduct competitive research and analysis;
- Propose potential influencers and bloggers for promoting the hotel services, and coordinate the partnerships with them.

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution (30%):
- Develop a marketing strategy and a plan to promote the Concept Hotel & Conference Center and the Visitor Center;
- Develop visuals for different campaigns and events;
- Develop and process email campaigns (by Mailchimp or other platforms);
- Design and implement advertisement campaigns in Google ads, and Yandex Direct.
Cooperate with the communications team to improve marketing results.

Website Management (30%):
- Create content for the website;
- Update and maintain the website content;
- Perform required changes in the website to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Your Team:
- By assuming the role of digital marketing specialist for the Concept Hotel and Conference Center you will join the COAF Communications team and will work under the direct supervision of the COAF Communications team manager.

You:
- COAF is expecting your best and requires that:

You Know:
- Excellent Armenian, English and Russian;
- Skills in relevant marketing tools gained through more than 2 years of experience in the given field;
- Techniques fօr working by MailChimp or other platforms;
- SEO principles, research on keywords, and means of measuring the performance;
- The system of website management (WordPress);
- Usage of Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
