ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a talented and bright personality for the position of Digital Solutions Project Manager/ Business Analyst. The incumbent will be responsible for managing projects on development and implementation of banking technologies and digital solutions, managing project stakeholders and their expectations and ensuring project-related communication, collection and analysis of business needs for new banking technologies, digital solutions and software, specification of business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements, design, elaboration and review of possible solutions and best practices, submission of recommendations, provision of clarifications and details to solution implementation teams and quality control.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Drive and participate in the project approval and funding processes, as appropriate (e.g., presentations, cost-benefit analysis, business case);
- Lead or contribute to the development of project definition and scope with applicable stakeholders;
- Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives;
- Plan and manage projects, define and assign project tasks and track their progress, measure project performance;
- Develop, communicate and implement project risk mitigation plans, develop and implement contingency and recovery plans when deliverables are missed;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Manage project stakeholders and their expectations and ensure project-related communication; conduct project team meetings and situational analysis regularly to ensure appropriate communication to all stakeholders;
- Constantly monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle, report on projects current status (if applicable, problem issues) and results to project stakeholders in accordance with procedures of the Bank, document and communicate project changes;
- Review and analyze best practices in new banking technologies, digital solutions and software;
- Identify the needs of the Bank and its departments for new banking technologies, digital solutions and software;
- Analyze, define and formalize business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements;
- Identify possible technological solutions to match pre-defined requirements, make comparative analysis, assess options and provide recommendations and conclusions;
- Provide clarifications and details to solution implementation teams;
- Assess technological solutions, digital solutions and software vs. pre-defined needs, test them and perform quality control;
- Ensure implementation of other tasks of the department related to new banking technologies, digital solutions and software implementation.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Management, Economics or IT;
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and/ or business analysis in any of the following spheres: banking, IT or telecommunication;
- Ability to analyze complex objectives and re-formulate them as simple tasks;
- Ability to synthesize opinions and viewpoints and offer universal solutions;
- Ability to document and visualize business needs and requirements in a clear, intelligible and practical manner;
- Understanding of and practical application skills in banking technologies and services;
- Project development and management skills;
- Process and data flow description and flowcharting skills;
- Knowledge of programming stages;
- Commitment, accuracy, systemic approach to work;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
