ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Navavan LLC is looking for a Director for its Reyma store. The incumbent will direct the sales activities by establishing goals and objectives, developing, reviewing and approving long-term and short-term strategies and action plans, and analyzing performance against those goals and objectives to maximize sales, gain profits and increase market share and meet the financial objectives of the Company. He/ she will provide daily direction and guidance within the internal/ external sales team and customer service team. The Director will select, develop and motivate the sales team by providing training and establishing goals and objectives, monitoring, and measuring the results of the entire team, appraising performance and taking corrective action where necessary.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing Retail Development team;- Responsible for meeting and exceeding plans, implementing sales driving strategies, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and developing strong relationships with retail partners to achieve sales results;
- Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services;
- Make sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the Organization's products and services to meet their needs;
- Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to promote sales;
- Manage the on-going account relationship with existing customers;
- Establish and maintain internal relationships.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing;- Sales management skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully build relationships internally and externally, leveraging relations to achieve business goals;
- Ability to demonstrate creative presentation skills in front of large groups of people;
- Highly motivated and results-driven person with ability to work autonomously;
- Detail-oriented person with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
