ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

We are seeking a dynamic Director to join our team. This unique individual must possess excellent communication skills in customer relations, be flexible in targeting new business and exceed established goals for their market segment.
• Enforcing business strategies
• Developing company objectives
• Overseeing senior management staff
• Coordinating with department heads
• Attending meetings
• Reporting to the board of directors or members
• Facilitating audits
• Ensuring the business is compliant with industry regulations
• Managing the companies investments, stocks and other financial products and services
• Improving productivity levels

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the business
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
•Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
•Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
•Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

•Experience in a restaurant segment is a must.
•Advanced written and oral communication skills (Armenian, Russian and English) are obligatory.
•Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management/Service would be an asset;
•Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications;
•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities;
•Applicants must be able to communicate information and ideas clearly. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle everyday situations quickly and effectively;
•Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset.
