ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Goody's Burger House is seeking a dynamic candidate for the position of Director. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in customer relations, be flexible in targeting new business and exceed established goals for their market segment by enforcing business strategies, developing company objectives, overseeing senior management staff, coordinating with department heads, attending meetings, reporting to the Board of Directors or members, facilitating audits, ensuring the business is compliant with industry regulations, managing the companies investments, stocks and other financial products and services, and improving productivity levels.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Develop and execute the Company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the business;- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities;
- Oversee the Company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures;
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Experience in a restaurant segment;- Advanced written and oral communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Higher education in Hospitality, Tourism Management or Service will be an asset;
- Computer literacy with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities;
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle everyday situations quickly and effectively;
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset.
