Full-time (working hours: 19:00-02:00 in winter, 18:00-01:00 in summer)ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
The Armenian branch of the American transportation company Kata Logistics is looking for a candidate for the position of Dispatcher. The Company is seeking a motivated, smart and responsible candidate, who doesn't want to lose this opportunity. The incumbent will be equipped with all proper facilities. In the evenings, commuting back home will be upon the office.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Set up and administer daily dispatch operations;- Dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries;
- Track drivers and equipment to facilitate the timely delivery of containers to their final destination;
- Provide customers with information on services, rates, equipment availability and shipment status;
- Answer driver and customer calls, send and respond to emails related to shipments.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Highly organized and self-motivated person;- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Ability to speak in English language clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
