ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
USAID’s Economic Foundation Program drivers will work under the direct supervision of the Program’s Office Manager/Finance ManagerОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Drive vehicle for official travel and business;- Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external guests;
- Ensure punctuality and safe transport;
- Observe the road and traffic laws and regulations;
- Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to, including local driving codes and internally agreed standards;
- Alcohol must not be consumed or present while on duty;
- Smoking in cars is not permitted;
- Log all trips in accordance with CNFA’s policies and procedures;
- Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times;
- Ensure vehicle is secure at all times;
- Ensure vehicle is given regular/ day-to-day maintenance checks including, but not limited to oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.;
- Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly and in accordance with official manufacturer’s specifications;
- Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs;
- Prepare vehicle spare parts inventory list;
- Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring reports, including records of vehicles operations, maintenance, expenses, oil changes, gas consumption at the end of each month and in accordance with CNFA’s policies and procedures;
- Assist the Officer Manager to ensure that vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule;
- Perform other duties as assigned by Program Office Manager.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Valid Armenian Drivers' License and clean driving record;- Demonstrated knowledge of rural Armenian geography and terrain;
- Knowledge of the Armenian language is required and basic knowledge of the English language is preferred.
