ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Expatland Global Network is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join its team. Working closely with the Founder, the incumbent will be responsible for driving Expatland’s continued development - planning and strategically managing the process of recruiting new E-Team members. He/ she will be actively collaborating with existing leaders in Expatland cities around the world to identify vacant areas of expertise, source potential new members and lead the recruiting process. He/ she will also be responsible for managing Expatland decentralised team. This opportunity would suit someone who has operational management experience in an international global services business.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Lead, manage, be accountable for the decentralised team;
- Work with the Founder on implementing business strategy;
- Develop and maintain relationships with the strategic partners and membership base;
- Identify and prioritize target cities and vacant seats for potential members;
- Establish relationships with the potential members and introduce them to the Expatland concept and benefits of joining;
- Lead recruiting process;
- Lead weekly meetings and report on KPIs;
- Research and implement necessary technological solutions.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Strong set of management skills;
- Experience of working for an international organization with branches in multiple countries;
- Ability to create and implement processes;
- Exposure to management operating systems;
- Excellent verbal/ communication skills in English language;
- Positive attitude, hard-working person able to work independently.
