ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Central Bank of Armenia is looking for an Economist, who will conduct research aimed at developing monetary policy implemented in Armenia and the world.
As a CBA team member he/ she will support CBA mission of promoting public good. His/ her work will have impact on the economy and financial system of Armenia.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Conduct research on monetary policy implemented in Armenia and the world to understand basic trends and existing problems;
- Study current challenges and development trends in terms of monetary policy;
- Conduct and present research projects that will support the relevant departments in the policy making process;
- Publish working and research papers that will support the CBA Governor and the Board in the decision making process;
- Act as a mentor for the young staff members.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Economics;
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field;
- Advanced knowledge in macro and microeconomics;
- Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Analytical thinking;
- Critical and creative thinking;
- Ability to form hypotheses and solve problems;
- Experience in working with databases;
- Responsibility;
- Passion for learning and gaining new knowledge.
