ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Impact Initiatives is currently looking for a qualified candidate for the position Enumerator/ Interviewer. Travel is required for this assignment. Most of the work will be conducted outside of the office, in Yerevan, as well as Syunik and Kotayk marzes.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

Under the guidance of the Team Leader, the Enumerator/ Interviewer should:
- Master and practice the basic humanitarian principles;
- Follow ACTED internal rules, safety regulations and labor discipline;
- Participate in trainings aimed to improve qualification skills;
- Thoroughly know and be able to apply research methodology, methodology of respondents selection and interview protocol;
- Be able to organize meetings at all levels and conduct interviews in places of data collection with selected groups and key informants;
- Follow the plans for data collection, developed by management, using appropriate technical equipment;
- Ensure error-free input, storage and processing of inputted data as instructed;
- Be able to assess and conduct primary analysis of collected information;
- Coordinate activities with management, actively participate in the discussion of plans and results, and any other issues;
- Always follow the instructions and guidance of Team Leader and Code of Conduct;
- Make reports on the progress in implementing of the program;
- Perform other tasks based on team leader’s request.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- High level of self-organization; ablility to work with a minimum level of coordination;
- Fluency in Armenian language;
- Experience using a smartphone based on the Android operating system;
- Knowledge of software: Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Highly developed teamwork skills;
- Highly developed communication skills;
- High level of dedication.

Preferably:
- Experience in humanitarian organizations;
- Knowledge of English language;
- Experience working with people of different ages and social status;
- Experience in conducting research (including sociological);
- Experience in conducting individual and group surveys;
- Experience with KOBO Collect.
