ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

SoftConstruct is looking for an Event and PR Senior Specialist to join its HR Team. The incumbent will be responsible for design and organization of events, meetings and workshops at the Company. The ideal candidate is positive and enthusiastic about his/ her job, works hard and has fun at the same time.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance;
- Plan, design and initiate events for employees;
- Oversee and organize conferences, workshops, exhibitions where the Company is participating from idea to closing part;
- Schedule meetings, HR events, etc. and maintain the team's agenda;
- Coordinate the delivery of content and channels and implementation of proactive campaigns;
- Organize and attend promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits;
- Manage internal Facebook group and company page: create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (text, photos, videos and news);
- Speak publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations;
- Publish videos and photography on the Company website and blogs;
- Follow up and make sure that the announcements about the upcoming events are posted on time, foster the advertisement for the events;
- Follow up and make sure that all the paperwork (contracts, invoices) are prepared on time;
- Make and submit reports on all activities.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Degree in Marketing Management, Public Relations or other relevant field is preferred;
- Experience as an Event Coordinator;
- Proficiency in MS Office; excellent workflow management skills;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of SMM related techniques and content writing skills;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability;
- Well-organized person with multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm;
- Problem-solving ability.
