ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Bacon Product is looking for a high-performed Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Company.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Act as a point of contact among executives, employees and external partners;
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings;
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports;
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff;
- Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, reports;
- Take minutes during meetings;
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence;
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree;
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or a similar role;
- Excellent MS Office knowledge;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Armenian and Russian languages;
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities;
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills;
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties;
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
