ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
A. Alikhanian National Science Laboratory is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to assist and lead the day-to-day operation of the Laboratory.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Coordinate Laboratory wide research;- Contribute to the development of interdisciplinary connections;
- Lead science communication through print and online media working with the PR group;
- Introduce and integrate new participants to the laboratory;
- Work with the administrative and scientific data bases;
- Write letters; assist in financial planning;
- Work with the management staff and Director.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education; PhD in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is desirable;- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Strong interest in science administration;
- Self-motivated person with ability to work independently;
- No formal management experience is required, but significant experience in management and organizational skills is desirable.
