ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Medservice LLC is seeking a candidate for the position of Executive Director.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to Company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate the growth of the business;
- Develop PR and marketing strategy of the Company and ensure its proper implementation;
- Analyze current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement of commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.);
- Supervise the staff;
- Conclude contracts;
- Conduct negotiations;
- Communicate clearly, regularly and promptly with customers, shareholders and colleagues, implement external relationship;
- Oversee the daily operations of the Company;
- Establish policies to promote the Company's culture.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Medicine or in a similar field;
- Initiative, enthusiastic, highly motivated, goal-oriented, well-organized and results-oriented personality;
- Excellent organizational and leadership (team management) skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Analytical and critical thinking;
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with different people as well as to manage and develop relationships with clients and partner organizations;
- Ability to navigate in tense and conflict situations;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- High sense of responsibility and commitment;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages.
