ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Formed LLC is looking for a candidate for the position of Executive Director to plan and develop all aspects of the business with the aim to achieve business success and profitability.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Responsible for management of the Company, including administrative and marketing development processes;
- Responsible for strategic planning and promotion of projects;
- Participate in the development of sales strategies for the Company's products, analysis of customer needs, marketing development, search for additional sales channels;
- Responsible for contact with contractors, negotiations, presentations, contracts;
- Monitor the implementation of sales plans (month/ year);
- Optimize all business processes of the Company; improve the operational efficiency of the business: reducing costs, increasing productivity, improving the quality of services;
- Provide weekly report to the Board of Founders on the financial and operating activities of the Company;
- Represent the interests of the Company in the external environment: professional communities, government agencies, company partners and suppliers; participate in negotiations;
- Responsible for recruitment of staff and the development of systems of motivation.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Management, preferably in the medical field;
- Experience as a Medical Representative or Director of a medical devices distribution company is a plus;
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of personnel and company management; proven experience in project management and medical product sales is an advantage;
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of all relevant medicinal product and medical device regulations;
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate and work effectively within a diverse community; team building skills;
- Ability to lead a team:
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal;
- Software and computer literacy.
