ПОДРОБНОЕ ОПИСАНИЕ: 

The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars is currently accepting applications for its 2004-2005 fellowship program. The Center awards approximately 20-25 residential fellowships annually to individuals with project proposals in a broad range of the social
sciences and humanities on national and/or international issues. Men and women from any country with outstanding capabilities and experience from a wide variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Fellowships are awarded on a competitive basis, and selection is based on basic criteria such as significance of the proposed research, quality of the proposal, and the relevance of the project to contemporary policy issues.
