ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
The Finance Manager is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Collect, interpret and review financial information, analyze financial data and provide forecasting support;- Report to management and stakeholders, providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted;
- Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses and develop long-term business plans based on these reports;
- Review, monitor and manage budgets;
- Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk;
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings;
- Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control;
- Support sales and marketing teams in projects and tasks to improve profitability.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics;- Proven experience working as a financier or financial analyst;
- Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications, including 1C software;
- Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages is a must;
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
- Ability to work with large datasets;
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills;
- Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
