PwC Armenia is looking for an experienced and responsible Finance Senior Associate/ Chief Accountant who will be responsible for implementing tax and accounting functions within the Firm. You will provide financial, administrative and clerical services and to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations.Starting period: August/September 2025.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Maintain the Firm's accounting records keeping track and processing accounts and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data;
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
- Verify discrepancies;
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts payable status;
- Working with internal financial programs (IPower and etc);
- Developing and submitting tax and financial reports;
- Organizing the preparation, acceptance, storage, and archiving of financial and accounting documents;
- Controlling entries and registrations in automated accounting and tax systems of the RA;
- Managing and storing relevant paper and electronic documentation circulation;
- Ensuring constant communication with team, partners, vendors and implement work to ensure service quality;
- Ensuring participation in tax or other audit processes;
- Regularly monitoring entries made in operational programs (Accounting Software, e-invoicing, etc.) and performing checks and corrections as needed;
- Gathering, analysing and preparing financial data and reports for management;
- Registering new employees in the tax system;
- Calculating and managing payroll and budgeting;
- Internal reporting support.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
Essential Skills and Experience:- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of accounting;
- In-depth knowledge of tax legislation;
- Knowledge of Accounting Software, tax software, and Microsoft Office package;
- Comprehensive knowledge of RA tax and accounting legislation, understanding of financial standards;
- Excellent English both written and oral;
- ACCA qualification is a great plus.
