ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ashley Homestore Armenia is looking for a Financial Controller who will be responsible for accounting for assets, liabilities, income and expenses of the Company, preparation of financial and tax reports submitted to founder, lenders and local authorities.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Prepare reports to tax authorities and other regulatory bodies;
- Coordinate RA legislation, RA Central Bank regulations, government decisions on credit institutions, the Tax Code and other legislative acts, development and maintenance of information database;
- Prepare and/ or authorize payments via bank-client system;
- Perform the management of the Company borrowings (including conventional) contracts in accounting system;
- Assist in external and internal audit preparation;
- Manage cost optimization projects;
- Prepare various financial and regulatory reports;
- Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the Owner;
- Calculate and formulate all the expenses connected with the Organization staff (salary, awards, vacation salary, transportation costs, telephone costs, income tax);
- Participate in the exchange of information and cooperate with branches and other departments of the Organization.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Finance or other related field;
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Auditor or Chief Accountant/ Senior Accountant;
- Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise, including own job;
- Ability to perceive and process extensive information;
- Willingness to work overtime whenever required;
- High sense of responsibility and high degree of professional ethics;
- Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities;
- ACCA degree is preferable;
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced MS Excel user) and accounting softwares; knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian language; good working knowledge of English language.
