ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Armpower CJSC is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, who will report directly to the CFO.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Prepare and submit timely monthly financial statements according to IFRS;
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
- Coordinate the preparation of reporting to Intercreditor Agent, Senior Lenders and Shareholders as required;
- Support and develop the annual budget and forecast processes, ensuring the integrity and consistency of the submitted data; this includes provision of budget guidance, design of templates, ensuring that departments beyond finance provide accurate and timely information and the consolidation of data;
- Support month-end and year-end close process;
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
- Develop and maintain financial models to support operations, planning, and forecasting;
- Advise the Accounting Department team to ensure proper posting and treatment of expenses;
- Closely work with external auditors on yearly audit procedures, providing requested documents, clarifications and information;
- Prepare regular and ad hoc presentations which are consistent, clear and insightful; this includes financial analysis supporting the annual and quarterly performance presentations, annual budget review presentation, quarterly forecast updates and monthly performance presentation to local management and shareholders;
- Prepare bi-monthly cash forecast in close cooperation with the management and corporate;
- Ensure timely payment of vendors;
- Maintain inter-company and external loan documentation and perform/ verify regular interest calculations;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with external financing reporting and financing-related covenants;
- Perform additional controller duties as necessary.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Finance;
- Work experience in a relevant field;
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills;
- Presentation, reporting and communication skills;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, be effective and decisive under pressure;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages;
- ACCA qualification will be a plus.
