ПОДРОБНОЕ ОПИСАНИЕ: 

Gazelle Finance UCO is seeking an individual or an audit/ consulting firm to provide outsourced, third-party financial services to Gazelle Finance to support its portfolio companies to improve and standardize financial controls, management, accounting, and reporting systems.

Scope of Work
1st Phase:
Review of Financial Information
- Assess the Company's existing accounting procedures, use or non-use accounting software, internal controls, accounting policies;
- Assess the Company's existing financial management, financial control, and financial reporting systems.

Methodology
- Create a methodology and strategy based on own evaluation and review of one or two of Gazelle's portfolio companies to improve the financial and accounting capacity of its portfolio companies;
- Once own methodology and strategy on using one or two prototype portfolio companies have been created, evaluate the remaining portfolio companies and segment them to see which category they fit into based on the Company's
a) Stage of development and sophistication level (beginning, intermediary, advanced, graduated);
b) Sector (light Industry and manufacturing, hospitality, agribusiness, information and communication technology, retail and services, logistics and transportation, etc.);
c) Other parameters/ if any.

2nd Phase:
The individual or firm should develop or update the automatic system of accounting, financial management, and financial reporting. The developed/ updated financial reporting system should be flexible enough to generate the statement of financial position, financial results, and the statement of cash flows in a reasonably short time frame.
