ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

The Foreign Policy and Diplomacy Service (FPDS) Officer participates in the delivery of one or more of the FPDS (Foreign Policy and Diplomatic Services) program core services in a mission. This includes maintaining and developing networks, supporting cultural diplomacy approaches (e.g. arts, academic, sports, science), conducting advocacy, doing research as input for reports, drafting reports of meetings, visits, political and economic developments, and bilateral relations and supporting the planning and implementation of the FPDS program and the associated development of operational goals, objectives and policies as well as solutions to program requirements.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

Candidates will initially be screened against the Essential Qualifications relating to education, language and experience. Candidates must clearly demonstrate when applying to the position how they meet each of these essential qualifications. The language will be assessed further during the process.

Education:
- Candidates will be required to provide proof of the completion of their education;
- University degree from a recognized institution or equivalent professional qualifications combined with at least 3 years of relevant experience as detailed below.

Language:
- C1 Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- C1 Fluency in Armenian (written and spoken).

Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in a diplomatic mission, government, international organization, academia, think-tank, civil society organization, private sector or media outlet;
- Experience in producing political analysis and/or providing recommendations and advice
