ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Get Fit LLC is looking for a Front Desk Specialist to be responsible for a high-level customer service. The successful candidate must enjoy being involved with customers, doing sales, thus helping people reach their personal goals through fitness.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Provide high-level customer service;- Handle the flow of customers and follow up with the services rendered;
- Act in accordance with the rules and policies set in the Company;
- Manage any club member's complaint in a professional manner, by resolving it and making sure the club member is satisfied, and record it;
- Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
- Meet with prospective clients, provide them the necessary information about the Organization while maintaining high standards of professionalism;
- Prepare reports according to the Company's procedures;
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and ensure a complete handover between the shifts;
- Act as an ambassador for the Company products and services in the community;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and service;- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong time management skills;
- Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic person with strong interpersonal skills;
- Advanced knowledge of English language;
- Customer-focused person with ability to deliver high level customer service at all times in a professional, courteous, sensitive and friendly manner.
