ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

For the implementation of the Project initiated by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), IPC is opening an employment opportunity for a Graduate Engineer/ Technical Specialist to assist in the implementation of sustainable green lending to SMEs in Armenia; mainly through capacity building in Armenian financial institutions. The areas for working will include: a) building physics; b) HVAC; c) energy efficiency and sustainable energy projects (industries and buildings); d) renewable energy.
The employee shall provide support and perform broad variety of duties in different projects, including energy audits, consulting assignments and research projects. IPC is looking for a candidate who is able to identify with the Company's approach and vision, who welcomes challenges and fully commits himself/ herself to the objectives of its projects and development work.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Conduct calculations of heat losses in buildings and industrial equipment;
- Prepare concept for different types of energy efficient equipment (including HVAC systems, boilers);
- Prepare concept for renewable energy sources;
- Assist with analyses of technical documentation of various objects (i.e. buildings, heating systems, electrical installations);
- Carry out data collection for the project purposes;
- Work closely with the team of senior local and international engineers during the selected assignments;
- Assist in preparing research, reports and other market analyses;
- Support with editing reports, formatting, proofreading in different languages.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Deep knowledge in the specific fields, including thermal physics;
- Practical experience in implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects will be a benefit;
- Desire to learn, grow and develop in the international multicultural environment and technical field;
- Excellent skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
- Excellent spoken and written skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Stress resilience and ability to work under pressure;
- Strong coordination and communication skills;
- Ability to learn fast and work in the team;
- Strong internal self-motivation;
- Good understanding of national laws and regulations relevant to the professional field.
