ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

For the implementation of projects initiated by international financial institutions and donors, IPC is opening an employment opportunity for a Graduate Junior Engineer/ Technical Specialist to assist in the implementation of climate action lending to SMEs and private individuals in Armenia; mainly through capacity building in Armenian financial institutions. The areas for working will include energy efficiency (EE), renewable energy (RE) and other environmentally friendly activities.
The Junior Expert shall provide support and perform a broad variety of duties in different projects, including energy audits, consulting assignments, and research projects. IPC is looking for a recently graduated professional who is able to identify with the Company's approach and vision, who welcomes challenges and fully commits himself/ herself to the objectives of its projects and development work.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Analyse energy savings of various industrial projects (equipment and buildings);
- Calculate GHG emission reductions and other climate impact;
- Analyse technical documentation of various EE/RE projects;
- Collect data for project analyses, including site visits to vendors and clients;
- Advise local businesses on targeted implementation of EE/RE investments;
- Implement EE/RE seminars and workshops for potential clients and financial institutions;
- Train potential clients and financial institutions in the field of climate action;
- Support implementation of promotional events with regard to climate action activities;
- Work closely with a team of senior local and international engineers during individual assignments;
- Assist in preparing studies, reports and other market analyses;
- Support with report editing, formatting, proofreading in different languages.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Deep knowledge in the specific fields, including thermal physics;
- Practical experience in the implementation of EE and RE projects will be a benefit;
- Desire to learn, grow and develop in the international multicultural environment and technical field;
- Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Excellent spoken and written skills in Armenian and English languages (Russian will be a benefit);
- Stress resilience and ability to work under pressure;
- Strong coordination and communication skills;
- Ability to learn fast and work in the team;
- Strong internal self-motivation.
