ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

"Global Credit" UCO CJSC is looking for a Head of Agricultural Loans Department. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of tasks and functions set out in the Department. He/ she will ensure compliance with the Department's regulatory requirements, and conduct current management of work.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Organize and monitor the implementation of instructions, decisions and orders issued by the Shareholder and be responsible for the terms of their execution;
- Supervise the performance of the Department employees' duties;
- Carry out supervision on the classification of loans provided by the Credit Organization on the report submitted by the Chief Specialist;
- Perform monitoring of loan portfolio, making relevant reports;
- Perform analyzes and report on the results to the Executive Body of the Organization;
- Perform risk assessment, including financial data analysis.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- At least 5 years of working experience in the financial and credit system, of which at least 2 years in the position of the team leader, head of department, branch manager or other higher position;
- Higher education in Finance, Economics or Mathematics;
- Experience in sales;
- Analyzing and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Organizational and teamwork capability;
- Ability to work tirelessly;
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office);
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language;
- Excellent knowledge of AS Bank;
- Fundamental knowledge in the field of agriculture (including cattle-breeding, farming, horticulture, growing of vegetable crops, reprocessing of agricultural products, etc.).
