ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Armobil is looking for a Head of Alarm Response and Video Monitoring Service Department to manage and organize the work of the department.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Respond to network and security system issues and provide appropriate solutions;- Organize the technical and software uninterrupted operation of the equipment serviced by the company;
- Ensure the implementation of round-the-clock service through Quick Response Groups;
- Ensure the implementation of round-the-clock mobile patrol service through operational groups;
- Supervise the organization of daily monitoring of all guard posts and areas protected by the alarm system;
- Provide central alarm response and protection through video surveillance security systems.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education;- At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Innovative and proactive personality;
- Flexible and creative thinking;
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and minimal IT knowledge.
