ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
SAS Group is looking for a highly qualified and responsible person for the position of Head of Food Court Chain, to take the responsibility of sales, control the service quality, to meet and satisfy customer needs.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Control and take care of the quality of the staff; improve staff communication and teamwork;- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service;
- Meet and oversee customer needs, exceed their expectations;
- Take care of customer service, food quality and freshness, delivery control;
- Provide guidance to workers;
- Improve service quality;
- Responsible for team development, facilitating staff learning, training and development;
- Responsible for product management, including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products and returns;
- Develop strategies to expand Food Court traffic and optimize profitability.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education; university degree in Management is preferable;- At least 3 years of management experience in a related field;
- Knowledge of foreign languages, such as English and Russian languages, is an advantage;
- High sense of responsibility and performing skills;
- Strong analytical thinking;
- Excellent communication skill;
- Ability of quickly understand, realize and satisfy business requirements.
