ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

C&F Co LLC is looking for a highly motivated Head of HR Department.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Post job announcements, schedule and conduct interviews;
- Manage recruitment and selection process;
- Maintain documentation and ensure legal compliance with Labor Code of RA;
- Maintain departments reports, work closely with accountant and financial departments;
- Perform other job specific responsibilities upon necessity.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Public Relations or other related area;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of Labor Code of RA;
- Computer literacy (MS Office); knowledge of AS accountant program will be a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages;
- Excellent communication skills; energetic, responsible and self-motivated person.
