ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

RESO Insurance is looking for a candidate for the position of Head of Լegal Department.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Responsible for legal review of terms and conditions of new products;
- Draft and prepare different types of insurance contracts and policies;
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts with corporate clients;
- Defend the interests of the Company in matters and litigations in front of the Financial Mediator;
- Responsible for consulting and legal maintenance of the board members and the shareholders of the Company;
- Analyze and prepare legal brief on procedures issued by the Central Bank of Armenia as well as the Armenian Motor Insurers' Bureau;
- Review of the Company's tender packages;
- Represent the interests of the Company in relations with insurance agents;
- Draft and prepare other types of commercial contracts.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in a private organization;
- Relevant qualification in Law or qualification in a related discipline with suitable legal experience;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Attention to details and decision-making skills;
- Communication and teamwork skills.
