ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ardshinbank CJSC is looking for a Head of Loan Guarantee and Collateral Forms Unit to join its team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Organize the work of the department, ensuring its compliance with the requirements of the Bank's internal legal acts, oversee the functions prescribed by the employees' job descriptions;
- Verify current loan terms and conditions, changes in liabilities, data entered in corrections, approval of "Operating Day" system;
- Responsible for inspection, marking, scrutiny of letters, references, agreements, pledges, and other collateral related to pledged property;
- Responsible for inspection, marking, signing of non-standard type of credit accounts of the customer opened (serviced) at the Bank in the manner prescribed by the Bank's internal legal acts and decisions;
- Design, import and modify standard templates for credit operations in the Business Day program;
- Approve transactions that deviate from the conditions listed in the standard templates;
- Elaborate and draft the Bank's internal legal acts, decisions and other acts related to the functions of the Bank;
- Present recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the work of the Unit.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education, preferably in economical, technical or legal sphere;
- At least 3 years of experience in the formulation of credit, collateral agreements over the last 7 years; 1 year of managerial experience is preferred;
- Knowledge of MS Office, Lotus and LSoft;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian language;
- Knowledge of the Banking legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the Civil Code.
