ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Alpha Food Service is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing Department who will oversee all marketing activities of the Company ensuring that the Marketing Team effectively fulfills the Company's marketing strategy.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Elaborate and ensure marketing plan strategy execution according to adopted policy and business programs of the Company;
- Set and execute long-term and short-term marketing plans, as well as define KPI's to increase market share and achieve the targets;
- Develop a strategic marketing plan for the Company brands; lead the implementation of activities aimed at promotion and management of new products and marketing communication campaigns;
- Organize and manage activities as per following functions: marketing of B2C and B2B segments, market research, marketing communications and new products development;
- Responsible for an active cooperation and negotiation process of forming long-term strategic business partners as well as providing the Company's role and competitive position in the market;
- Develop and implement effective pricing system to attract new clients and retain the current ones;
- Responsible for events organization to develop the Company's activities and to promote the image of the Company;
- Responsible for the organization of marketing campaigns, provision of the Company's participation and assistance in exhibitions and other events, as well as for advertisement placement and printing materials management.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Knowledge of marketing and financial analysis, pricing, marketing forecasting, budgeting and planning;
- Excellent skills of team building and leading; an ability to work effectively with a team;
- Experience in analyzing marketing research outcomes;
- Reporting, business writing and presentation skills;
- Project management skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Ability to set priorities; a quick decision-maker;
- Analytical thinking;
- Inclination for reaching final results and increasing profitability;
- Skills in making reports and daily documentation, organizing seminars, trainings and presentations;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; an open-minded personality;
- Stress-resistant person with the ability to work with deadlines;
- Advanced computer skills, experience in working with Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
