ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

ID Bank is looking for an active, energetic and responsible Head of Passive and Commission Products Development Unit who will be responsible for supervising, coordinating and managing the work of the employees of the Unit and will coordinate the process of developing retail passive and commission products, develop new mechanism for sales of retail passive and commission products, as well as coordinate fast money transfer services.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Organize daily activities of Passive and Commission Products Development Unit;
- Organize processes of development/ revision of passive and commission products;
- Develop and improve internal acts regulating the Passive and Commission Products Development Unit;
- Conduct analysis of the market and products offered by competitors;
- Responsible for localization of passive and commission products available in international markets;
- Develop new mechanisms for sales of passive and commission products;
- Prepare training materials on passive and commission products and hold trainings;
- Negotiate with companies, develop appropriate packages of proposals, implement joint projects (if necessary);
- Prepare reports as required by the immediate supervisor.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of work experience in an appropriate field;
- Self-management skills;
- Knowledge of the RA banking legislation;
- Good knowledge of computer (MS Office);
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Management skills;
- Communication skills;
- Cross-selling skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge and implementation of standards of business ethics.
