ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

"Aregak" Universal Credit Organization is looking for a Head of Product Development Department.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Lead the Product Development team in the process of introduction, regulation and standardization of new services and products;
- Coordinate the process of developing new products and services to promote the Company to achieve high positions in the market;
- Participate in strategic planning activities and play a key role in business development processes;
- Lead the market research activities and identify new opportunities;
- Serve as the point of contact for collecting business ideas/ suggestions from branch and head office staff;
- Find innovative ways to reach new clients as well as maintain the current client base;
- Focus on possibilities to increase the client base and market share;
- Lead the market research activities and identify new growth opportunities;
- Report to Executive Director on results, phases and milestones of PD activities.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Proven experience of product development, preferably in financial sector;
- Higher education in Economics, Marketing, Finance or a relevant field;
- Knowledge of project management will be a plus;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Diligent and firm personality with high ethical standards;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of AS Bank is a plus;
- Good command of English language is a plus.
