ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Smart Start invites active, energetic, and creative specialists to apply for the position of Head Teacher.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Collaborate with other teachers to develop an age-appropriate curriculum;
- Keep track of the implementation of the teaching methods in different groups;
- Develop creative and responsive approaches to teaching and learning;
- Conduct relevant training sessions with the teachers and teaching assistants;
- Provide guidance and support on teaching methods, lesson plans, and thematic activities;
- Track performance and produce reports;
- Review and revise the lesson plans and assessment reports;
- Observe the classes and make notes on the teaching methods and strategies;
- Prepare monthly newsletters for parents;
- Meet and talk with parents regarding the program, events, and academic performance.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching and teacher’s training;
- Leadership skills, team player;
- Excellent communication skills in English language; knowledge of Armenian language is an advantage;
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods;
- Eagerness to learn, strive for self-development, and improve skills.
