ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Deltapro LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to coordinate, manage and monitor the Company's existing staff, as well as carry on new staff hiring process.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Responsible for new staff hiring and headhunting, CV revision and interviews;- Revise Company structure and make recommendations;
- Responsible for continuous staff monitoring, estimation of work effectiveness;
- Develop and set-up KPI mechanism for back-office staff;
- Responsible for internal corporate culture development;
- Responsible for staff team-buildings and trainings;
- Write job descriptions and prepare contracts for new hiring;
- Maintain staff timesheets and leave records;
- Develop staff benefits system;
- Perform other HR related day-to-day activities and tasks.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- University degree;- At least 2 years of professional experience as an HR Manager or in a similar position;
- Detailed knowledge of the Labor Code and related State regulatory requirements;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Team management skills;
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
