ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Atenk Ltd. is looking for an HR Specialist to take on full responsibility for the recruitment.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Develop the Company vacancies descriptions and announcements;
- Disseminate vacancy announcements through websites, social media platforms and human resources agencies;
- Collaborate with career centers of universities to attract candidates;
- Search for new sources to involve candidates;
- Develop and introduce tests required for professional knowledge assessment;
- Review CVs, make preliminary selection;
- Interview, follow up the process;
- Develop and introduce assessment criteria of probation;
- Maintain employee personal data;
- Responsible for other current issues of the department.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Economics;
- Mathematical and logical thinking;
- Desire and willingness to acquire new knowledge;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Positive attitude, flexible communication skills;
- Self-starter;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Attention to details.
