ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

"Villa Montessori" Children's Development Center in Armenia is looking for a HR Specialist.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives;
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures;
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process;
- Assist in performance management processes;
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, or any related field;
- Fluency in oral and written English language;
- Ability to work in a team and multinational environment.
