ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Avenue Consulting Group is looking for a Human Resource Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Company's HRM strategy, overall human resource management of the Company staff, and development of required documents, procedures, processes related to HRM. Human Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring healthy environment of staff, keeping working discipline, fostering team spirit.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Develop and implement human resource strategy;
- Perform administration related to human resource management, including but not limited to vacations, day-offs, resignations;
- Responsible for recruitment of the new team members;
- Organize and implement performance appraisal;
- Develop and implement HR policies, regulations, processes, as required;
- Ensure healthy environment within the Company;
- Ensure "good employer" fame of the Company;
- Perform other job-related task assigned by the Company management.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Master's degree in a related field;
- At least 5 years of work experience, 2 of which in the position of Human Resource Manager;
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Perfect communication skills;
- Logical and analytical skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
