ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Sartex CJSC is seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Import/ Export Specialist.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes; monitor work according to corporate and local policies; evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures;
- Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes;
- Prepare final import and export package of documents and other information required by the customs authority (in particular in accordance with the requirements of the temporary import and processing regimes);
- Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry;
- Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with customer brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents;
- Perform audit on all import and export files on a regular basis;
- Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all export and import products for customs clearance;
- Represent the interests of the Company in the customs authorities, participating in all procedures related to import and export cargoes (identification, authorization, inspection, weighing, customs clearance);
- Perform other job-related functions assigned by management.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education; university degree in Economics will be an advantage;
- Previous work experience in a similar position;
- Reliable and self-motivated person;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of customs legislation;
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Teamwork skills;
- Ability to find solutions in a tense situation;
- Ability to organize and guide work;
- Availability of a personal car will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of English or Italian language will be an advantage.
