ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and study global Fintech innovation trends;
- Proactively search for new innovative ideas and business opportunities;
- Test new ideas or concepts before they are implemented in the marketplace; ensure timely and successful commercialization of approved initiatives;
- Work closely with business and product teams to continuously inject innovations in the processes and products of the Bank;
- Estimate budgets for new innovative projects and initiatives;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking around the Bank;
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in business management, engineering, finance or related fields;
- Work experience in Fintech or IT company is a plus;
- Experience in innovation management;
- Knowledge of world news, recent trends, new technologies and consumer behavior;
- A solid understanding of innovation and how it should be applied in business;
- Advanced research skills,
- Ability to manage multiple and diverse projects at once;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external);
- Excellent command of English and Russian.
