ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

SEF International UCO is looking for a Investor Relations Manager. This position requires high energy and a strong work ethic, outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, and deep knowledge of business and finance.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Organize and be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining relationships between the organization and investors;
- Organize and sign investment credit agreements with partner investors;
- Discuss the conclusion of investment credit agreements with various departments of the organization, make appropriate changes and bring to the final conclusion of the agreement;
- Prepare various reports on credit investment agreements;
- Responsible for organizing investor visits to the organization and providing the necessary information;
- Participate in special programs of the Finance Department.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a relevant field;
- Experience in finance and banking is desirable;
- Qualification certificates are an advantage;
- Knowledge of financial markets and pricing mechanisms of financial instruments;
- Ability to plan, coordinate and control activities;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to communicate and negotiate;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages, written and verbal; good knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
- Knowledge of AS Bank is an advantage.
