ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ucom is looking for an IT Business Analyst to be responsible for submitting and analyzing requests for amendments/ improvements of the billing system and tracking their execution.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Collaborate with the Company's operating units, collect and analyze requests for improvements/ changes of the billing system;
- Develop documents, based on the results of business analysis;
- Provide support to the billing system execution, management and adjustment;
- Act as a development team contact person;
- Provide analytical support to the preparation of reports for the Company's operational units and staff;
- Perform system testing after each new billing software release;
- Organize and implement billing system training for Company employees;
- Become an expert on billing products, functions and processes;
- Identify process improvement opportunities; work with team members to identify and implement best practices;
- Participate in the implementation of billing system projects;
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in IT, Mathematics or other related field is desirable;
- At least 1 year of experience in IT, software development or telecommunication;
- Business analysis experience of software systems is desirable;
- Knowledge and experience of telecommunications is desirable;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office software package (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio);
- Experience of working with billing systems will be an advantage;
- Excellent business communication written and oral presentation skills;
- Advanced proficiency in English language.
