ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

BD Retail Group LLC is looking for an IT Specialist to join its team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Set up workstations with computers and necessary devices and ensure functionality;
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, etc.);
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications (Microsoft Windows (versions 7 and 10), Microsoft Office, Oracle Client, LSBank, etc.);
- Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software;
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel;
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components;
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone;
- Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions;
- Conduct daily network backup operations.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Computer Science;
- At least 2 years of professional work experience in a related field;
- Knowledge of active directory and group policy;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience in the administration of ArmSoft is preferable; experience with 1C is preferable;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
